Refund Policy

Refund & Return Policy

Service-Based Work
Because we provide professional electrical and roofing services, refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. If you are not satisfied with the quality of work performed, please contact us within 7 days of service completion so we can inspect the issue and offer a resolution.

Deposits
Deposits made to secure service appointments, materials, or project scheduling are non-refundable once work has started or materials have been ordered.

Material Returns
Materials purchased specifically for your project may be returned only if the supplier accepts the return. Any restocking fees will be deducted from the refund amount.

Project Cancellation
If a project is canceled before work begins, you may receive a refund minus administrative and planning costs. Once labor has begun, refunds are no longer available.

Warranty Work
If the service issue is covered under warranty, we will repair or replace the defective workmanship at no additional cost. Warranty claims do not qualify for monetary refunds.
